Finally

So, I have finally taken the leap into the blogosphere! You will quickly not that spelling is NOT one of my strengths and therefore God gave us spell check on the 9th or 10th day :)

Okay, something about me...I am a young, single pastor living in the mid-west trying to make it when there is no support around. I love my congregation, but it is really hard emotionally to stay up.

Currently I am on Study Leave and practicing self-care by starting this anonymous blog. So, will see how it goes as I shoot it off into cyberspace!

Yay, you're here! Yes, it's wonderful that blogger has spellcheck!

Now, as a person who comes from the part of the country you're currently living, I have to take exception to your describing it as mid-west. Where I'm living now is midwest! :)

Happy blogging! I'll introduce you around to some of the revgals.

Hey there! Blogging can be a great way to connect with others in similar circumstances. It wasn't until I started blogging that I "met" other pastors who were moms with children at home and actually willing to admit it could be a challenge to play both roles. I was so relieved to find I was not alone!
I would encourage you to visit RevGalBlogPals and start participating in our comments. That will get you visitors! And possibly friends. I do hope so.

Welcome to virtual reality in the blogosphere! May you find connections and enrich your study time with the wisdom and compassion of others who have dipped their toes into this reality.

yes, welcome to blogging! I used to be a rural pastor, and only had a cat. A dog would have done wonders (I have one now.)

Keep bloggin!

Hi! Saw your comment on HotCup.

I live somewhere to the South and West of you, probably.

I, uh, tend to wear burnt orange on occassion. Can we still be friends?
